Read scope. Deploy progress over SSE: the deployment's latest lifecycle operation (the deploy-progress-v1 data the pollers read) emitted as a progress event whenever it changes, a done event once the operation settles (success, failed or cancelled), heartbeat comments, and timeout at the per-connection budget. Same transport caveats as the log stream.
