streamLogRequest

Read scope. The Server-Sent Events variant of the read: an open event, a chunk event per shipped chunk (frame id = chunk id), a done event with the terminal status, heartbeat comments, and a timeout event at the per-connection budget (~55 s) — reconnect with ?after=<next_offset> to continue losing nothing. Event-stream correctness behind real Apache/edge/onion hops (buffering, idle timeouts) is validated separately; the polling route above is the path that always works.
