Deploy scope. Prepare a 15-minute review connecting this image-mode custom application to a PostgreSQL or MariaDB catalog provider of the same server and project environment: a dedicated database and login, DATABASE_URL delivered to the agent only, never a secret in the review. Optional wire: true — on apply, every OTHER eligible web/worker component of the same environment receives its OWN binding to the same provider (its own credential, generation and deploy job); components already bound, busy or ineligible are skipped and named in the receipt, never a failure. 201 with plan_id and review_digest. Apply through the saved binding-plan apply route.
