Reveal Task Answers

Commit the evaluator's blind independent answer and reveal the candidate answers in one step (Eval Flow Upgrade §1, v2 anti-peeking). This is the ONLY way to obtain the answer texts under withholding: a non-empty independent answer must be recorded server-side FIRST, so the answer was provably written before the AI answers were seen. The commit is the authoritative independent answer used at packaging. Idempotent — the first commit's answer/timestamp win.
