Get Task Answers

Re-fetch the revealed candidate answer texts (Eval Flow Upgrade §1, v2 anti- peeking) — e.g. on a mid-task refresh resuming into the compare stage. GATED: returns text only to an evaluator who has already committed an independent answer (POST /tasks/{id}/reveal). Texts are still blinded (no generator_model).
