Process Discharge

Full two-resource pipeline: Raw discharge notes → Extract → Generate (Diagnosis + Treatment) → ElevenLabs audio for each → Store

If called by an authenticated doctor with a profile, assigns clinic_code, resource_code, and office_phone to the patient. Returns both resource sets for immediate display.
