Create Link Request

Owner of a placeholder sends a link request to a real ActivitIA user. Flow: "I saved Edson as a contact — are you Edson?" The target user must accept before any data is merged.

⚠️ DEPRECATED 2026-05-31 — use POST /claim/{ph}/invite-match instead. See top-of-file FLOW MAP for the migration plan.

2026-05-31 unification: this endpoint now writes to the canonical placeholder_claim_links table (status='invited_by_owner'), not the legacy relationship_link_requests. Behaviourally identical to /claim/{ph}/invite-match — same notifications, same tracker rows, same cancel/remind support. The legacy response shape is preserved so existing clients keep working, and a deprecation marker is added so client telemetry can see the drift.

The legacy relationship_link_requests table is preserved for audit history. Migration 052 backfilled in-flight rows; this endpoint refuses to write new ones.
