Admin Alumni Csv Import

2026-06-07 — Admin CSV import. Match each row against existing circle members by email (preferred) or handle. dry_run=True returns the match plan without writing. dry_run=False patches each matched member's alumni_profile (existing keys preserved unless the CSV row supplies a new value).
