Confirm Claim

Confirm or reject a placeholder claim link. Bidirectional:

• Owner-confirms-candidate (original /request flow): - caller IS the placeholder owner - claimed_user_id query param identifies the candidate - existing row status is 'pending' (candidate-requested)

• Candidate-confirms-invite (new /invite-match flow): - caller IS the candidate (the matched real user) - claimed_user_id query param is OPTIONAL (defaults to caller) - existing row status is 'invited_by_owner' (owner-initiated)

Both paths converge on the same merge: placeholder → claimed, circle_members rebound to the real user_id.
