Get Circle Members

Canonical member list for a circle. 2026-06-07 (alumni directory pass) — now returns:

• full_name (first + last, gated on viewer permission)
• role / membership status / joined_at
• alumni_profile fields hoisted to top-level keys (class_year, leaving_year, house, stream, clubs[], sports[], current_city, profession, industry, company)
• can_view_full_profile + can_message flags so the FE renders gated UI consistently
• missing_class_year_count + alumni stats on the wrapper for admin "12 members have not added class year yet"

Privacy:

• The viewer MUST be an active member of the circle (any role) OR the circle owner. Non-members on private/secret circles get a stub {members: [], total: N, viewer_is_member: False, access: 'preview'} so the FE can show a "Join to see members" empty state without leaking the directory.
• Minor members of non-family circles have alumni fields stripped to {class_year, current_city} only (child safety).
