Remind Invite Match

Owner re-pings a candidate who hasn't acted on their invite. Gated by:

  • row must be status='invited_by_owner'
  • cooldown: 48h since created_at OR last_reminded_at
  • soft cap: reminded_count < 3 On success: writes a new Notification + (best-effort) email, bumps last_reminded_at + reminded_count.
