Roll back to an earlier deploy

Redeploys a previous build rather than rebuilding — the fast way out of a bad ship. Name the deployment from GET /client/services/{id}/deployments. id is a SERVICE id — take it from services[].id on GET /client/apps/{appId}, not the app id itself. Requires apps:deploy.
