Remove one environment variable

Removed, and the app restarts once without it — not recoverable, so if the value was a key you need the original to put it back. To remove several, or remove and set together, use remove on the POST above: one restart instead of one each. id is a SERVICE id — take it from services[].id on GET /client/apps/{appId}, not the app id itself. Requires apps:deploy.

A 409 means a concurrent change won and nothing was removed — send it again.
