Use a GitHub connection from another org you manage
Body { installationId }, taken from shareable on /github/status. For a GitHub organisation already connected to another org, which the normal connect flow cannot finish. Needs a signed-in person who is owner or admin both here and in an org the installation is already connected to. An API key is refused.
