HTTP requests your app served

One row per request the app answered — time, method, path, status, duration. NOT the same as /logs, which is what the app PRINTED.

id is a SERVICE id: take it from services[].id on GET /client/apps/{appId}.

Keyset-paginated: pass the previous response's nextCursor as cursor. Filter with since/until (ISO timestamps), band (a status band), or requestId for one exact request.
