An app's domains

Every hostname this app answers on, with its certificate state, as data. mainDomainId is the app’s main address — the link people are given, and where its Roar address redirects — and chosenDomainId is the one you picked with POST /client/domains/{id}/make-primary (null if you never have). They differ while a chosen domain is not answering: the next live address stands in until it does. id is a SERVICE id — take it from services[].id on GET /client/apps/{appId}, not the app id itself.
