Set up sending email from the app

Not available yet — this returns 400 while the feature is on hold. Connect your own email provider with ordinary environment variables in the meantime. id is a SERVICE id — take it from services[].id on GET /client/apps/{appId}, not the app id itself. Requires apps:deploy.
