Framework, build command, start command and why each was chosen. id is a SERVICE id — take it from services[].id on GET /client/apps/{appId}, not the app id itself.

Worth calling before diagnosing a failed deploy: a styled 404 from a running app and a misdetected framework look identical from outside, and this endpoint is what tells them apart. Requires apps:deploy.
