Give the service a Roar address

A hostname we own and manage, ready as soon as the app runs — no DNS for the customer. For their own domain, use POST /client/services/{id}/domains. id is a SERVICE id — take it from services[].id on GET /client/apps/{appId}, not the app id itself. Requires apps:deploy.
