Add a scheduled run

A path on your app and a schedule to call it on. id is a SERVICE id — take it from services[].id on GET /client/apps/{appId}, not the app id itself. Requires apps:deploy.

We wait 30 seconds for your app to answer; set timeoutSeconds (5 to 300; at most 110 for an app not hosted on our servers — the jobs list returns the app's own maxTimeoutSeconds) for a job that genuinely takes longer. Past that, answer at once and finish the work in the background.
