Connect a LiteLLM key from a signed-in browser

Completes a LiteLLM Connect started in the desktop app: the ten-minute entry handle from oauth/start plus the signed-in browser session of the same user. Checks the key with the LiteLLM proxy, stores it as the member's own credential and grants the matching shared model group. A rejected key keeps the handle usable so the person can retry; success consumes it. Bearer authentication alone is not accepted.
