Begin sign-in for a member inference credential

Starts a member's own Google, Microsoft or AWS sign-in (or LiteLLM key connection) for a granted member credential set. Requires a user session. Returns { authUrl } for Accept: application/json, otherwise redirects to the Den web /gateway/connect bridge. The ten-minute entry handle binds the initiating user, organization, provider, set, client configuration and allowlisted redirectTo. It is not authentication and cannot be used at the Google callback. The bridge must establish a matching signed-in browser session before browser-start creates Google state and PKCE.
