Update gateway credential set

Changed on

Partially updates a credential set and returns status without secrets. Omitted credential fields preserve stored credentials. Changing mode or OAuth client configuration, or disabling the set, invalidates pending sign-ins and revokes affected credentials; renaming alone does not. Requires the Manage Gateway providers permission and enabled Gateway management; session callers must recently reauthenticate.
