Inference Providers

Update inference gateway provider

Partially updates the provider name, model universe or status and returns management details. A pin-only PATCH with pinnedModelIds replaces the ordered catalog-model pins without changing models, groups, credentials or grants; duplicates and unknown models are rejected. Pins do not grant access. Provider identity and upstream destination are immutable; changing them requires a new provider. Legacy credential or audience fields are rejected with matrix_write_required: edit credential sets and access grants instead. Requires the Manage Gateway providers permission and enabled Gateway management; session callers must recently reauthenticate.
