List the caller's member Google connections

Requires a signed-in user session and current organization membership, without an administrator gate. Returns independently selectable Google member credential sets with current effective access, credential readiness, verified account email and an opaque completed-authorization revision. Includes retained nonrevoked caller-owned credentials after grant loss or provider disablement for disconnection. Never returns another member's credentials, Google subject, OAuth client details or tokens. Readiness is not a Vertex IAM probe.
