Retry creating the caller's LiteLLM keys from a signed-in browser

For LiteLLM providers where OpenWork creates each person's key. Uses the ten-minute entry handle from oauth/start plus the signed-in browser session of the same user to look the person up in LiteLLM by email again and create their keys. Returns the outcome; success consumes the handle. Bearer authentication alone is not accepted.
