Invite Requests

List still-pending invite requests for a workspace

Powers the "Requests" tab in Access Control so an admin can find requests that are awaiting approval — even after dismissing the prefilled invite dialog. Workspace-scoped (any org admin sees every pending request, not only the one they were emailed), so a request never gets stuck behind one away admin. Requires administrate on the workspace.
