Create workflow execution

Create a new execution for a workflow. The run starts private to its creator; a rerun (sourceExecutionId) needs read on the run it came from (404 otherwise, as for a run that does not exist) and keeps its visibility. Share it through PATCH /:executionId/visibility or /:executionId/access.
