Backfill Plania AI-filename metadata

Force-write the Norwegian AI filename (plus original FilePath and summary Note) to the Text02 custom field for already-synced, non-work-order documents. Repairs documents uploaded before Text02 was written on first upload. Metadata-only and idempotent. Pass {"dryRun": true} to preview.
