Invite Requests

Mark an invite request as approved

Called when an admin sends the invite from the prefilled dialog (or the Requests tab). Deletes the request so it drops off the pending list (no stored approved state — keeps the partition holding only open requests). Returns 404 when the request is already resolved or not found; the invite dialog treats this as a best-effort cleanup miss after the invitation was sent. Requires administrate on the workspace named in the body, which is re-checked against the stored row.
