Report Plania ↔ Findable building links

Dry-run mapping report between the customer's Plania buildings and Findable buildings: already linked, suggested links (by name), new Plania buildings to auto-create, stale Findable links, and ambiguous matches needing a manual decision. Returns an empty report if Plania credentials are not configured.
