Get project by ID

Retrieve detailed information for a specific project.

A project the caller may read but which belongs to a different customer than the one in the path answers 404 with error: "ProjectNotInCustomer" and the owning customerId, so a client that arrived through a link can switch to the right customer instead of showing "not found". The id is only disclosed to callers who already hold read access on the project.
