Resync all documents to Plania

Bulk resync all synced documents with equipment auto-creation. Pre-creates missing equipment, updates links, and backfills sync snapshots. Automatically retries equipment linking for docs with category but missing equipment GUID. Use batchSize and offset params for paginated processing.
