Cron Warm Valuation Cache

Overnight job — pre-computes and caches valuation + options analysis for every ticker in screener_cache so users see instant tab loads.

Runs Mon-Fri 03:00 UTC (after screener-batch at 06:00 is fine; run at 03:00 to warm before market open). Concurrency limited to 3 tickers at a time to avoid overwhelming downstream services. AV rate limiting is handled by the token-bucket in alphavantage_service (26.67 req/sec, 1600/min premium).
