Cron Score Audit

Monthly forward-return outcome audit of the composite scores.

Rebuilds the point-in-time panel from score_history (trading days only), measures the D10−D1 forward-return spread + Spearman IC per composite and horizon, persists to score_audit_history (mig 136), and alerts the owner via Resend when the headline 21-trading-day spread is negative. Also runs monthly via APScheduler (score_audit_monthly, day 2 05:30 UTC); this HTTP trigger exists for manual runs. Auth: X-Cron-Secret.
