Cron Dividends Refresh

Manual trigger for the dividend_history refresh (weekly Sun 05:40 UTC; DIV-01).

AlphaVantage DIVIDENDS + SPLITS for every screener_cache ticker (+ ledger symbols), split-restated by scripts/backfill_corporate_actions.build_rows, UPSERT (merge-duplicates) into dividend_history on (symbol, ex_dividend_date). Flat-rate AV, ~10-15 min for the universe. max_symbols bounds the pull for a smoke test. Auth: X-Cron-Secret.
