Cron News Sentiment Daily
Nightly news-sentiment incremental (APScheduler: daily 01:00 UTC). Auth: X-Cron-Secret.
Re-fetches the current calendar month for every screener_cache ticker and upserts news_sentiment_daily + news_sentiment_coverage (Phase 94 / NEWS-02). Month-aligned on purpose: the coverage table is keyed (symbol, window_start), so tonight's run EXTENDS this month's row instead of minting a new one per symbol per night. Bounded by NEWS_DAILY_MAX_MINUTES so a late fire still ends before 02:00 UTC and leaves the AV token bucket clear for av_prefetch_overnight at 03:30. Symbols are worked stalest-first, so a bounded run tiles the universe rather than repeating its alphabetical head.
