Trigger one chunk of the historical IV backfill. Auto-resumes from last completed date — restart-safe. APScheduler calls this every 2 hours until complete.

Body (all optional): end_date: "2026-04-14" — defaults to yesterday tickers: ["AAPL"] — defaults to all screener tickers chunk_size: 10 — trading days per run
