Editable preview of an opening-entry proposal (CompanyMember; read-only).

No header-field config (opening is excluded — standard header only). Maps the stored proposal entries to the editable shape, embeds the target-FY chart of accounts + VAT codes + live warnings. pid not owned by {cid} → 404.
