Generate Chart Standardization

Enqueue a chart-standardization proposal for fiscal_year (accountant).

Async enqueue (the accountant LLM call is too slow to hold an HTTP request): txn 1 reads the settings + company + the FY chart + the accepted FY balance snapshot (+ its lines), builds the request (422 if the chart is empty) and compute_request_hash, then rollback()s to drop locks. The request hash is known without the LLM, so we dedup by (company, fy, request_hash) over non-superseded proposals:

  • pending / processing → return as-is (already enqueued / in flight; guards double-click).
  • done → return as-is (the cached result).
  • failed → reset to pending, clear error / claimed_at / response, re-enqueue (Retry).

Otherwise a fresh pending proposal is inserted (response=None, status='proposed' placeholder). The :class:ChartStandardizationWorker runs the accountant call in the background. Always returns 202 with the (pending or cached) proposal.
