Upload Accounting Document

Upload a company accounting document (balance sheet / P&L / MWST-Abrechnung).

CompanyMember; 413 over the configured cap; 422 on an empty or unsupported file (accepted: PDF, PNG, JPEG, XLSX — see :func:app.services.filetypes.resolve_accounting_document). Stages the bytes by sha256 and upserts on (company_id, sha256) with idempotent duplicate semantics (done → return / re-queue with ?force=true; failed → re-queue; pending/processing → return current status). Returns 202 + the record; the analyzer process drains the queue asynchronously.
