Get Eia Energy Debug

Upfront diagnostic (same lesson learned from the SEC 13F/13D-13G debugging sagas -- build this BEFORE a live bug is reported, not after) since the sandbox can't reach api.eia.gov directly. Runs one live request per configured series and returns the raw HTTP status + parsed row count for each, so if EIA has reorganized a route/series ID since this was written, the exact failing route/series shows up here immediately instead of a generic 'zero observations' error.
