Manual on-demand regeneration -- bypasses the daily job's once-per-day idempotency guard (that guard exists to stop the automated cron from re-firing, not to stop an admin from refreshing on purpose, e.g. to test this feature or pull a fresh copy mid-day after signals have moved).
