Get Data Sources

2026-08-26 (AJ's "Data Factory" batch, "起啦"): foundation layer for an auto-extensible set of external data collectors (FRED, SEC EDGAR ownership, CFTC COT, crypto exchanges, etc.). Unlike /admin/feature- flags (which needs every key hardcoded into _DEFAULT_FLAGS before it can be toggled), each collector self-registers via services.data_source_registry.register_source() the moment its module is imported -- this endpoint just reads whatever has registered so far, so a brand-new collector shows up here automatically with no admin.py edit required.
