List an app's users, anonymous visitors included
Users joined with their runtime state and contact channels. An anonymous user (events sent under an anonymous_id, not identified yet) has anonymous: true, an empty external_id, and its handle in anonymous_id; a promoted user keeps anonymous_id next to its real external_id and carries identified_at.
