Read the health of every connection on the Integrations page

One row per connection (code, billing, push, email, past data) with one state (needs_you, couldnt_check, not_connected, waiting, ready, working), a reason code, the time the state started when known, the newest proof of traffic or check, and one action. A source that fails to read gives couldnt_check rows; the route still answers 200. Any member of the app can read it.
