Update preview formats or sending mode

Owner or admin access required. Preview formats may be edited during calibration. From calibration an owner or admin may choose manual (self-serve exit); this also turns on live delivery, and every message still needs approval. Autonomous mode after a self-serve exit, and entering calibration, need backoffice. The messaging switch, audience and recipient cap are preserved.
