Check Plugin Installed

Check whether a plugin binary is available on the server's PATH.

Query params: command — the install command string (e.g. "uvx mcp-server-fetch")

Returns {"installed": bool, "command": str}. Self-hosted only — on hosted deployments the binary lives on the user's machine (via the tunnel client), so this endpoint reports the server-side availability.
