List Sprint Items

List sprint items, optionally filtered by status.

Pass page (1-based) for true server-side pagination — returns {items, total, page, pages} using SQL LIMIT/OFFSET so large completed lists don't fetch every row. limit defaults to 50 in this mode. Without page the legacy list/slice behaviour is unchanged.
