Move several sprint items to another version in one call.

Body: {"item_ids": [...], "next": true} or {"item_ids": [...], "to_version": "v2.5"}. Each item is moved independently and the response lists one outcome per distinct id (ok plus the move result, or an error/message), so one finished or missing item never blocks the rest. With next every item advances from its own version.
